Medcare Hospital located in Jumeirah, Dubai, is a 67-bedded Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited facility offering both inpatient and outpatient care and covering a wide range of medical and surgical specialties. The Hospital is managed by EuroHealth Systems FZ LLC, the consultancy division of Dr. Moopen’s (DM) Healthcare Management Services group.
In line with the organization’s goal of being the first paperless hospital, ICT Health’s HINAI ImageNet was chosen to be implemented at Medcare Hospital. This project was successfully implemented and went live in January 2010 with
a total of 6 modalities (2 CR, 2 US, 1 CT, and 1 MRI) connected to HINAI with volumes of over a 100 procedures done on a daily basis. HINAI ImageNet is also tightly integrated with the existing third-party HIS at Medcare.
