Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) is an integrated center of excellence for clinical & wellness service, medical education and research – making it a leading healthcare services center in the region. Located in Dubai, DHCC is an innovative concept that is poised to fill the gaps within the healthcare industry in the region.
DHCC intended the deployment of HIRAS (Health Information Reporting and Analysis System) to integrate clinical and administrative business processes, improve the quality of care and increase efficiencies across the tenant facilities comprising of 300 physician clinics and 8 hospitals.
ICT HEALTH was awarded the contract for Design, Development and Implementation of HIRAS after a tendering process.
‘Ensemble’ – a Cache based, Object Oriented Application Development & Integration framework from Intersystem’s was implemented as the core IDE for the project. Business Objects was used as Reporting and Business Intelligence Framework. The successful go-live and acceptance by DHCC is a testimony to ICT Health’s competence in healthcare systems, project management, software engineering and services delivery in the clinical domain.
